Six months ago, my mom told me there were several openings in the environmental services department at Cushing Regional Hospital. I applied for the job, and I’ve been here ever since.
I couldn’t be happier with the results. My quality of life has improved immensely. Not only am I making more money, but I’ve been able to move into my own place, and my life just keeps getting better and better. I attribute these changes to working at Cushing. It’s more than a good job; it’s excellent - people are always willing to help, and even my supervisor is kind and caring. In addition, I’ve never had such wonderful benefits before — full medical, dental and vision with low co-pays and deductibles. I was finally able to get new glasses without spending hundreds of dollars.
Throughout my shifts, I get to keep a place that has given me so much, beautiful and clean – for our patients and their families. I like knowing that I’m making a difference in an establishment that I believe in.
