Before coming to Cushing Regional Hospital, I worked at other hospitals in the region. But when I saw the positive changes taking place at Cushing, I quickly came on board. Not only is it a new and beautiful facility, but the benefits are amazing. A larger nursing staff allows for improved patient care and gives each nurse the opportunity to build a relationship with their patients. I especially appreciate that the different departments within the hospital operate more smoothly and efficiently than other places I’ve worked. All of my co-workers are knowledgeable and friendly, and I love working here. I can’t emphasize enough how I enjoy working with my team, and I couldn’t do my job without their support.
In the future, I plan to return to school to earn my bachelor’s and master’s degrees. With the hospital’s continuing education program, I’m able to do this without affecting my savings, which emphasizes their dedication to education. They’re also giving me a flexible work schedule in order to help me pursue my goals.
As a member of the outstanding team at Cushing Regional Hospital, I get to be part of the healing process, and I get to do it with the resources and tools needed to be successful.
